Correcting Generational Errors

“For our struggle is not against the flesh and blood, but against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Ephesians 6:12 NIV

Thank you, Father for setting my family free from every curse, sin, destructive habit, and lifelong addiction that has been a stronghold in our lineage. And I declare today that we will walk in the freedom that Christ has made available for us.

Today, I stand as a child of the most High God and in the authority of Christ and put a stop to every generational pattern that is evident in my family line. I come against every addiction, abuse, perversion, and stronghold hindering progress in my family.

I declare that I and my children will not be partakers of the iniquity and curses that have lingered on from one generation to the next in my lineage. 

I declare that all my children belong to God and their lives and salvation have been paid for fully by the precious blood of the lamb.  The lives of my children are hidden in Christ and in God. Therefore, I declare that no weapon formed against them spiritually, emotionally and physically shall prosper. 

I come against the powers of darkness, wicked spirits and principalities hovering over I and my husband’s family line. I put a stop to their dealings and activities that have caused alcoholism, abuse, poverty, drug addiction, marital delay, divorce and barrenness to be a part of my lineage.

Precious father, today I break every negative pattern of failure, divorce, marital delay, abuse, wives taking up roles of husbands, sudden death, premature death, poverty, barrenness and alcoholism in my family line. I declare that it ends with the generation before us in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

Prayer Moment:

I decree that whatever negative word spoken or action taken (known and unknown) by my parents or grandparents that has stood as a barrier or hindrance over our generation is nullified today. 

Every curse is broken. Every covenant is destroyed. Every stronghold crumbles. We stand in the new covenant by virtue of the blood of Christ that was shed. 

I and my household have been set free and we live and rest in this freedom. Thank you father for setting us free and delivering my family.
