Unity In Marriage

“For this reason, a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife; and they shall become one flesh” – Gen 2:24 AMP

Unity in marriage is one of the greatest tool in conquering the challenges of life. Anytime a couple is not united, they deny each other their ten thousand-fold victories. Unity in marriage is a commitment to sincerity, openness and good communication which is very important in any marriage.

Unity means cleaving together and agreeing; once the enemy succeeds in fighting unity in marriage, he can damage it further. This means as couples you need to watch out when the unity in your marriage is being threatened. Don’t overlook it and plan to handle it next time. Handle any form of strife and disunity urgently.

God knows the importance of unity that is why he stepped in the case of the people building the tower of babel and God made an important statement when

He said, “if nothing is done, then nothing they plan will be impossible for them”. Unity in marriage is very important as two shall chase ten thousand. May everything that seems impossible in your marriage become possible in Jesus’ name. Amen
