When you begin to see the results that you desire, you must be willing to help others that are still struggling. Be ready and willing to mentor and guide them to a clearer path in their career/enterprise journey.

After all, you have not come this far on your own, God has used so many people for you; now is the time to help others. Pass on the baton on kindness. I've heard cases of some bosses who refused to teach their students the job, for their selfish interest of course. I believe you are not one of such bosses. Search yourself and allow the holy spirit to deal with every selfish human nature in you. You cannot be said to be successful until you have helped others to succeed.

One of the secrets to happiness is helping others, being determined to lift others and allow their lights to shine. When you help other people succeed, you do more than improve your own life. You improve the world around you; the world becomes a better place just because you choose kindness (1Pet 5:1-4).
