Wise Company by Ememmfon Gabriel

“'He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: But a companion of fools shall be destroyed.”
– Proverbs 13:20
Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.
There's a popular saying in our part of the world " show me your friend and I will tell you who you are". Why must we keep the right company? Because the Bible says Evil communication corrupts good manners. To be wise you walk with the wise if you walk with the foolish, their foolishness will rub off on you.

Daniel had a good company of friends, together they refused to defile themselves with the King's meat and God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom and understanding.

You use steel to sharpen steel, and one friend sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17 MSG)
Keeping the right company helps us grow and continue to grow. Even in your enterprise, for you to bloom, you need to move with visionaries and goal-orientated people. To succeed in today’s competitive global economy, enterprises need to be wise at all levels.

Smart enterprise owners know to solve problems and are wise to pursue a deeper understanding to see how far the limits can be pushed to achieve success. It is wisdom in enterprise management that can have a profound effect on not only the bottom line but also on those who support the company’s mission. There is always a need for us to evaluate who is influencing us the most.

The companion of fools will suffer harm. If we’re not careful with the people who influence us, if our closest companions are people who do not God, walk with God, or glorify God, then that will not lead to good in our lives.

Wisdom in enterprise goes beyond meeting goals. Gaining wisdom takes time, but everyone can become wiser, which can only be facilitated by moving with wise people.

Prayer Moment
• Father, increase my wisdom and understanding to run my enterprise.

• I pray for wise people around me and enrich me with wisdom to expand my enterprise to your Glory.

• I declare to myself, that I am a wise person, therefore, I surround myself with wisdom
